About the Role:
The Front Desk Receptionist is the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their stay. This role requires a high level of hospitality and professionalism, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming guests to the property and providing exceptional service during check-in, stay, and departure
- Responding to guest requests and inquiries in a timely and accurate manner
- Resolving guest complaints and finding opportunities to recognize and personalize the service experience
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
Requirements:
- One year of experience working in a luxury hotel or similar environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Cross-cultural sensitivity and customer service orientation
- Fluency in English and Italian
