As a seasoned professional in the agriculture industry, you will have the opportunity to drive business growth and success as a Product Management Lead at JM Huber Corporation. We are a global leader in the production and commercialization of biostimulants, offering a range of products that stimulate natural processes to enhance nutrient uptake, efficiency, and crop quality.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of marketing and financial principles, with 7+ years of experience in product management, sales, or marketing in the agriculture industry. Biostimulant experience is highly preferred.
In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and defining current product positioning in assigned geographies, developing key communication points for national and regional advertising campaigns, and reviewing product portfolio composition and timing to optimize business results.
You will also own and update product information and applications across the organization, drive product/SKU management throughout the product life cycle, and manage product management functionality in our current system/CRM tool.
A strong business acumen, excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Italian, and ability to communicate ideas, instructions, and information in a concise manner are essential qualities for this position.
