The Role

You will be responsible for the brand trade plans construction in partnership with the Trade Marketing Manager with the aim of driving, creating and enhancing relationships with key partners. You will also collaborate with different teams, being the spokesperson for the brands with all internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain day-by-day relationships with retailers to adapt marketing strategies according to brand objectives and client needs;
  • Supervise the production and supplying of Trade materials;
  • Define and execute analysis of Trade activities to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions;
  • Collaborate with Sales and Visual Merchandising teams, working closely with agencies and suppliers.

Requirements

  • University degree in Marketing or equivalent;
  • At least 3 years of marketing experience in a retail or cosmetics company;
  • Passion for the beauty industry;
  • Expertise in managing multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and respect for deadlines;
  • Fluency in English and Italian.
