Area Sales Representative

Job Summary: The Area Sales Representative plays a crucial role in driving commercial success by implementing the company's strategy, promoting the brand image, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Accountabilities:
• Achieve sales targets by promoting the company's products and services
• Maintain and expand the customer portfolio through effective relationship building
• Collaborate with the tender office and marketing team to define commercial proposals
• Provide market insights to inform sales strategies and product positioning
• Conduct competitor analysis and gather customer feedback to improve sales performance
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including opinion leaders, clinicians, and procurement managers
Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Medical Technology, or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in sales or application specialist role within an IVD company
• Strong knowledge of regulations and tender management
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with ability to work in an international context
• Proficiency in Italian and English (B2/C1 level)
Additional Skills:
• Basic marketing knowledge
• SAP and Microsoft Office 365 proficiency
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to travel up to 90% of working time
