We are seeking a talented Commissioning and Service Engineer to join our team at Siemens S.p.A. in Bologna, Italy.
About the RoleAs a Commissioning and Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the commissioning and maintenance of fire safety and security systems, including fire detection, access control, CCTV, and intrusion systems. You will work closely with our project managers to ensure the successful implementation of these systems and provide exceptional customer support.
Key Responsibilities- Commission and maintain fire safety and security systems, including fire detection, access control, CCTV, and intrusion systems
- Work with project managers to ensure successful implementation of systems
- Provide exceptional customer support and troubleshooting services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
- Technical diploma in Electronic, Computer Science, Mechatronics, or Automation
- Proficiency in English and Italian
- Knowledge of IT topics related to networking, VPN, Firewall, Cybersecurity, Virtualization, and Remote Connection
- Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a changing environment
