As an Operational Excellence Professional, you will collaborate with top management and operational departments of major clients to drive strategic and business transformation projects.

Based in Milan, we are part of TNP Group, created in 2007, which is a hybrid, independent consulting firm specializing in operational and digital transformation of companies in industry & services, banking, insurance, and the public sector. We have presence in more than 10 countries.

Your role will involve analyzing existing processes to identify inefficiencies and levers to improve operational performance. You will quantify expected results in terms of cost reduction, sales growth, inventory reduction, or service rate improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Engineering or Economics with strong experience (6 to 10 years) in operational excellence.
  • Prior experience in process, cost, lead-time optimization projects.
  • Knowledge of the industrial sector and familiarity with general management and operational departments.
  • Capable of managing budgets and proficient in preparing sales proposals.

You will also be responsible for managing, collaborating, and motivating your team to maximize results. Coaching client teams to achieve results beyond expectations is also key to your success.
