Main Activities

Responsabilità:

  • Coordinate i team di Project Manager e Sales Project Engineer;
  • Collaborare con il reparto vendite per comprendere le esigenze dei clienti, definire soluzioni appropriate per creare proposte tecniche in base alle specifiche, ai costi e ai tempi di produzione di linee customizzate;
  • Implementare, efficientare e monitorare processi e procedure interne (dal pre-sales all'offertazione, fino alla consegna finale);
  • Collaborare con i fornitori e le risorse esterne per garantire la disponibilità di materiali e servizi necessari ai progetti, garantendo la correttezza dei termini & condizioni dei contratti;
  • Garantire il rispetto delle normative di sicurezza e degli standard qualitativi;
  • Supervisionare e favorire l'implementazione ed il corretto uso del CRM;

Requirements

Fondamentali/Must have

  • Laurea in ingegneria / studi ad indirizzo tecnico o gestionale, un master o un MBA sarà considerato un plus;
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, sia scritta che parlata;
  • Consolidata esperienza in aziende di produzione di macchinari complessi / impianti / linee produttive;
  • Solide competenze di leadership e capacità di gestire e motivare un team;
  • Orientamento al raggiungimento dei risultati, al rispetto dei tempi e al problem solving.

Preferenziali/Nice to have

  • Esperienza nel settore delle macchine per il settore alimentare / food processing;
  • Conoscenza delle normative di sicurezza e degli standard qualitativi nel settore alimentare.

Si richiede di caricare sia la versione italiana che inglese del proprio CV.
