**Job Overview**
We are seeking an experienced Digital Footprints Analytics Specialist to join our team at Trustfull.
A leading SaaS company, Trustfull provides a suite of APIs for digital footprints analytics. Our innovative solution empowers companies to power proprietary customer risk assessment algorithms and scorecards, or leverage our ready-to-use models for applications such as credit scoring, fraud prevention, lead qualification, KYC & AML.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful adoption, onboarding, and long-term satisfaction of our SaaS customers.
Your primary goal will be to work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide guidance on how to best leverage our SaaS platform to achieve their business objectives.
You will proactively engage with customers to drive adoption, retention, and expansion of our SaaS platform, build and maintain strong customer relationships, and act as a trusted advisor and advocate for their business.
**Responsibilities**
- Proactively engage with customers to drive adoption, retention, and expansion of our SaaS platform.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, becoming a trusted advisor and advocate for their business.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless handoff from the sales process to onboarding and ongoing customer success.
- Onboard new customers, providing training and guidance on how to best utilize our SaaS platform to achieve their desired outcomes.
- Monitor and analyze customer usage data to identify opportunities for increased adoption and engagement.
- Identify and address customer concerns or roadblocks, working cross-functionally with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
**Requirements**
- Proven experience in customer success management in the SaaS industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong customer relationships.
- Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to understand and effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically and proactively.
- Experience with customer onboarding and training.
- Knowledge of software-as-a-service and cloud-based solutions.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
