The position is responsible for providing guidance, awareness, planning, and oversight of all activities related to IT and Cybersecurity Risk control compliance.
This role is proactively engaged in collaborating with stakeholders to implement controls and ensure that IT and Cybersecurity Risk impacts are identified and prioritized within the respective tribe's backlog. Tribes designate a set of IT Risk Chapters within their teams to assist them throughout the entire IT Risk compliance process, ensuring adherence to the change management protocol and maintaining compliance status for all IT and Cybersecurity Risk controls.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders and related squads; Work with stakeholders (Tribe Leads, Product Owners, and IT Area Leads) to implement controls and ensure that IT Risk controls are identified and prioritized in the tribe's backlog. Provide clear visibility into the program and the necessary steps the tribes must follow, including walkthroughs, deliverables, and estimations; Serve as the Single Point of Contact between the Tribe, Central IT Risk COE, and CISO team; Offer feedback and act as the Single Point of Contact between asset Product Owners and CISO. Responsible for addressing and resolving impediments raised by Product Owners concerning IT and Cybersecurity Risk; Oversee the status of IT Risk tools (ITRMP) for the respective tribes; Develop a reliable and sustainable IT Risk annual plan for the assets of the tribe; Regularly report to the IT Risk Chapter Lead; Collaborate with IT Risk and Security COE and CISO team in evaluating the Risk Roadmap for the assets within the tribe's scope; Act as the focal point in the Tribe for IT and Cybersecurity Risk topics; Continuously train colleagues in the tribe whenever a new member joins or when new IT Risk topics or templates are introduced or modified; Raise issues if there is an inability to meet the agreed IT and Cybersecurity Risk targets; Support the Tribe Lead in all matters related to IT and Cybersecurity Risk, in conjunction with the IT Area Lead; Maintain alignment with the IT Custodian (IT Area Lead) to gain support and technical knowledge regarding the tribe-owned assets; Assist other areas of the bank during technical audits.

Requirements:

Degree in Information Technology/Engineering or equivalent; Minimum of 2 years of experience in Risk Management or Cybersecurity roles within a complex and international setting. Experience in the Tech/Risk & Cybersecurity domain is essential; Familiarity with IT and Cybersecurity Risk processes; Proficiency in English (both written and spoken); Advanced user of MS Office; Strong analytical skills.
