Job Description
  • Salary: € 60,000 - € 80,000 per annum
  • Location: Italy
  • Job Type: Full-time

The successful candidate will have 2+ years of experience working in a matrix-based organisation structure and a Master's degree in Business Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline. You will also possess basic knowledge of Employee data, SAP reporting, and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to HRIS improvements and development of new modules
  • Run reports to pursue data cleansing efforts and update databases
  • Harmonize, integrate, and simplify HR Data Management
  • Reconcile data errors and ensure high data quality
  • Liaise with HR Business Partners and HR Administration
