We are currently looking for a talented High Performance Cooling Specialist to join our R&D team in Italy.

• Manage the development of new R&D products in the data center cooling sector for global datacenter customers.
• Work in a multi-disciplinary engineering team on global products, focusing on high performance, cost-effective design, and market-leading innovation.
• Undertake the direct responsibility of the selection and sizing of main performing components and design layout for standard and special products.
• Meet objectives of cost, quality, and time of execution, achieving the best trade-off between market and internal customer needs.
• Analyze and resolve technical problems as regards products under their responsibility.

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Energy Engineering.
• Thermodynamics and refrigeration knowledge, HVAC design, hydronic design, and some 2D/3D CAD design skills.
• Process skills, demonstrating structural process capabilities with a focus on continuous improvements.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
• English language skills, with excellent written and spoken proficiency.
• Strong PC skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel.
• Availability to travel if needed.
