The Role: Spare Parts Manager

The Spare Parts Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the timely and efficient supply of spare parts to customers. This position requires strong coordination and supervisory skills, as well as the ability to analyze sales data and implement corrective measures to meet sales and margin targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies for spare parts sales and inventory management
  • Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of spare parts
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and implement measures to improve customer relations
  • Manage supplier relationships and negotiate pricing and delivery terms
  • Develop and manage budgets for spare parts procurement and inventory
  • Implement safety procedures and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Manage and develop a team of inventory coordinators and warehouse staff
Requirements:
  • Degree in management, mechanical, electrical, or electronic engineering
  • Previous experience in service or spare parts management in plant or machine manufacturing companies
  • Proven experience in supplier management and negotiation
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
  • Willingness to travel worldwide
