About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team at Ams Technologies Ag. As an Inside Sales Assistant, you will play a critical role in managing commercial processes, creating customer offers, and collaborating with our sales team to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage commercial processes in the technical sales of components and systems
  • Create customer offers and place orders in the system, considering availability and customer requirements
  • Collaborate closely with technical sales, suppliers, and partners to drive sales growth
  • Support the sales team with customer acquisition measures, sales optimization, and follow-up activities

Requirements:

  • Professional experience in inside sales, ideally with a technical focus
  • High school certification
  • Strong communication skills, social competence, and ability to work in a team
  • Dynamic, customer-oriented personality comfortable working in a goal-oriented environment
  • Structured and independent working style
  • Proficiency in ERP and CRM systems as well as MS Office
  • Excellent Italian and English skills, both written and spoken
