About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team at Ams Technologies Ag. As an Inside Sales Assistant, you will play a critical role in managing commercial processes, creating customer offers, and collaborating with our sales team to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage commercial processes in the technical sales of components and systems
- Create customer offers and place orders in the system, considering availability and customer requirements
- Collaborate closely with technical sales, suppliers, and partners to drive sales growth
- Support the sales team with customer acquisition measures, sales optimization, and follow-up activities
Requirements:
- Professional experience in inside sales, ideally with a technical focus
- High school certification
- Strong communication skills, social competence, and ability to work in a team
- Dynamic, customer-oriented personality comfortable working in a goal-oriented environment
- Structured and independent working style
- Proficiency in ERP and CRM systems as well as MS Office
- Excellent Italian and English skills, both written and spoken
