Technical System Manager Ea Hardware

SMS group S.p.A. is a leading company in the global steelmaking and non-ferrous material industry, employing over 14,400 professionals worldwide.

The company has three locations in Italy: Tarcento (Udine), San Donato Milanese (Milan), and Genoa, with a staff of more than 500 employees.

This team of experts specializes in designing and manufacturing innovative plants, including hot and cold rolling mills, reheating furnaces, heat treatment lines, and continuous casting machines.

Our Electrics/Automation Center of Excellence is seeking an Electrical Hardware Systems Manager to ensure the successful implementation of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and process technical documents for project execution
  • Design and implement economically competitive technical solutions
  • Maintain compliance with documentation requirements, including representation, numbering, revision, approval, and verification
Requirements:
  • Degree in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering
  • Familiarity with Eplan and Autocad design platforms
  • Knowledge of DC and AC drives, motion control systems
  • Analytical skills and ability to work effectively in a team
  • Excellent English language skills
  • Willingness to travel internationally
Compensation and Benefits:

Estimated salary range €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
