As a Support Consultant, you'll be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and highest technical and operational performance of our applications.

Your key responsibilities will include analyzing and resolving functional challenges that arise post-implementation in connection with supply chain software solutions, guiding clients through continuous change, and recommending new configuration or designing new enhancements.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to be a people person with excellent client management skills, analytical, and rigorous. Experience in software implementation and post-implementation support is essential, as is knowledge of database languages and/or cloud technologies.

Fluency in English and French and Italian is required, and a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or another numerate discipline, or equivalent through business experience, is necessary.

As a Support Consultant, you'll have the opportunity to work with clients from various industries, including retail distribution, luxury, industrial, eCommerce, automotive, and grocery.
