Your Challenge

  • Handle the whole bid phase in autonomy, according to the Customer and Company's requirements, ensuring quality of the offers for eMobility Products and Solutions and reporting periodically the status and strategy to management
  • Ensure an accurate offer evaluation and cost calculation, based on technical requirements and specific configuration tools, following all processes and policies
  • Satisfy the customer's requests under all technical and commercial expectations.
  • Develop customers knowledge and relationships, supporting the dedicated Sales cluster(s) and with meetings at customer's premises when required
  • Coordinate all Stakeholders (Sales, Procurement, third parties and internal cross division) to ensure a consistent offer regarding: Technical, Contractual, Pricing, Risks and Safety issues
  • Collaborate with Head-Quarter, Factories, Regional Countries and with the Products Managers
  • Participate in internal and/or external kickoff meetings as required to facilitate the smooth transfer of orders

What you need to bring with you

You should already have a confirmed experience in offering of eMobility Products and Solutions, together with:

  • Electro technical background is preferred, solid understanding of electrical systems, in particular on eMobility products, software and aftersales support
  • Proven experience on management of tenders for EPCs, public customer, international projects and sophisticated plants
  • Good organizational skills to respond to multiple inquiries, in a timely and professional manner, with strong orientation to reach the targets
  • Advance technical value to the eMobility business partners during the sales activities (customers, design offices, architects, etc.)
  • Strong technical understanding, creative thinking and solutions-oriented approach in a booming and fast dynamic market
  • Excellent command of Italian language as well as English, both written and spoken
  • Availability for business trips on national level, and sometimes also international
  • Expertise with AutoCAD and design tools are welcome
  • Great teammate, strong communication & interpersonal skills;
  • Being a role model for openness and inclusiveness as a non-negotiable cultural element
