Key Responsibilities
  • Support the finance lead in developing and implementing financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Assist in the development of financial reports, forecasts, and projections to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with the hotel finance team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and month-end closing activities.
  • Partner with the hotel management team to maximize profit and execute EMEA Operations Finance innovations and projects.
Requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial information and create reports, forecasts, and projections.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively present to all levels of management and external customers.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook, with the ability to quickly learn new programs when required.
