We are seeking an experienced Facilities and Utilities Engineer to join our team at Takeda Pharmaceutical. As a Facilities and Utilities Engineer, you will be responsible for managing utilities and energy management programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage utilities and energy management programs, including utilities and site facility management, quality, equipment performance and reliability, projects, EHS and sustainability, and capital management.
- Establish and implement technical standards, operating procedures, and specifications in compliance with regulatory and Takeda requirements.
- Provide technical support to ensure stable, efficient, and robust operations at the site, including maintenance excellence and robust reliability program.
- Support the operations team in maintaining an effective lifecycle process for support-equipment/assets and ensure maintenance excellence and robust reliability program.
- Own the installed support equipment with respect to technical capability, functionality, and KPIs.
- Establish and maintain best-in-class utilities engineering systems and methodologies around the management of specifications, reliability, and equipment programs.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering field, mechanical or electrical preferred.
- 5+ years of experience managing utilities and energy management/sustainability programs preferred.
