About the Job


We are seeking a dedicated Ethical Auditor to join our team at QIMA.


Job Summary


The successful candidate will be responsible for auditing the manufacturing sites of our clients' suppliers, ensuring compliance with labor rights, health and safety, environmental security, and other applicable international standards.


Key Responsibilities



  • Audit manufacturing sites without warning, focusing on labor rights, health and safety, environmental security, and other relevant areas.
  • Record all findings in detailed reports, to be delivered to clients.
  • Approach audits with utmost integrity, considering the lasting consequences for suppliers, factory staff, and clients.
  • Provide expertise in client meetings to create custom quality control procedures based on their specific needs.
  • Contribute ideas for improving the quality of Operations projects.

Requirements


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • A higher education degree in Engineering, Law, Economics, Social Sciences, or a related field.
  • APSCA registration at CSCA level.
  • Strong knowledge of SA8000/ISO14001/ICTI/C-TPAT/WRAP/BSCI standards.
  • Work experience in 3rd party auditing, including environmental audits.
  • SMETA/BSCI/SA8000/WRAP or mixed audits done in recent 12 months.
  • Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
