Join Siemens S.p.A. as a Project and Service Agreement Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project and Service Agreement Manager to join our Smart Infrastructure Regional Solution & Service area in Rome. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing maintenance projects and contracts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guarantee customer satisfaction through effective project management and contract administration.
  • Manage penalties and claims, and negotiate contract variants and technical/administrative closures.
  • Perform and manage project risk analysis, and monitor project achievements and adherence to budgets.
  • Clarify customer objectives and requirements, and coordinate overall project planning and resource allocation.
  • Organize project meetings, communicate with customers and stakeholders, and manage project teams.
  • Adhere to project management standards and business conduct guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in safety and security systems, with a background in Automation Systems and technical aspects focused on Building Automation, Fire Safety, Access Control, CCTV, and Intrusion.
  • Basic knowledge of main technical standards CEI - UNI - ISO - EN.
  • Experience in Pharma VM and GMP Standards is a preference.
  • Knowledge of IT principles in networking, VPN, firewalls, IT security, virtualization, and remote connection.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, negotiation and communication skills, and ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Available for business travel, with good knowledge of English and Italian, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to establish and maintain a positive and collaborative environment, and eligibility to work in Italy.
