Key Responsibilities:- Guarantee customer satisfaction through effective project management and contract administration.
- Manage penalties and claims, and negotiate contract variants and technical/administrative closures.
- Perform and manage project risk analysis, and monitor project achievements and adherence to budgets.
- Clarify customer objectives and requirements, and coordinate overall project planning and resource allocation.
- Organize project meetings, communicate with customers and stakeholders, and manage project teams.
- Adhere to project management standards and business conduct guidelines.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in Building Automation.
- Basic knowledge of main technical standards (CEI, UNI, ISO, EN).
- Background in Automation Systems and technical aspects, focusing on Building Automation, Fire Safety, Access Control, CCTV, and Intrusion.
- Experience in Pharma VM and GMP Standards is a plus.
- Knowledge of IT principles in networking, VPN, firewalls, IT security, virtualization, and remote connection.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as negotiation and communication skills.
- Available for business travel.
- Passion for continuous growth and learning.
- Proficiency in English and Italian.
- Eligibility to work in Italy.
