Join Our Team as a Project and Service Agreement Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Project and Service Agreement Manager to join our team at Siemens S.p.A. in Firenze. As a key member of our Smart Infrastructure Regional Solution & Service area, you will be responsible for managing maintenance projects and contracts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Guarantee customer satisfaction through effective project management and contract administration.
  • Manage penalties and claims, and negotiate contract variants and technical/administrative closures.
  • Perform and manage project risk analysis, and monitor project achievements and adherence to budgets.
  • Clarify customer objectives and requirements, and coordinate overall project planning and resource allocation.
  • Organize project meetings, communicate with customers and stakeholders, and motivate the project team.
  • Ensure adherence to project management standards and business conduct guidelines.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in Building Automation.
  • Basic knowledge of main technical standards (CEI, UNI, ISO, EN).
  • Background in Automation Systems and technical aspects, focusing on Building Automation, Fire Safety, Access Control, CCTV, and Intrusion.
  • Experience in Pharma VM and GMP Standards is a plus.
  • Knowledge of IT principles in networking, VPN, firewalls, IT security, virtualization, and remote connection.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as negotiation and communication skills.
  • Available for business travel.
  • Passion for continuous growth and learning.

  • Proficiency in English and Italian.
  • Eligibility to work in Italy.
