About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our team at Sephora. As an HRBP, you will play a key role in defining and implementing the People Excellence strategy to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development and execution of HR initiatives to drive business performance and effectiveness.
  • Support Area Managers in defining a people strategy aligned with the company vision.
  • Identify talent needs, risks, and gaps, and create plans to address them using talent management tools and resources.
  • Lead communication flows between Area Managers, Stores, and the HR Department.
  • Monitor the "climate" on the network and ensure consistency and fairness across different areas.
  • Supervise the respect of existing policies and coordinate disciplinary actions with Area Managers.
  • Support the implementation of business unit-specific development strategies.
  • Embodies the Sephora values and acts as a Sephora Ambassador.
  • Promotes, implements, communicates activities, policies, regulations, and standards related to occupational, health, and safety issues.
  • Acts as a change agent.
  • Identifies training and development needs in accordance with the Area Manager.
  • Delivers and deploys the Training strategy of the company, leading and coordinating all Learning and Development initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Three or four years of experience in HR or a similar role.
  • Experience in leading and managing different people in different areas.
  • Experience in Assessment centers and other recruiting tools.
  • English (mandatory).
