The Opportunity

We're looking for a Senior Architect to join our team of 30 Architects in Milan, part of Arup's global studio of 250 Architects. Our ambition is to deliver buildings that are simple, purposeful, efficient, and beautiful.

As a Senior Architect in our team, you'll be part of the delivery of significant and complex projects in the Science and Industry and Technology sectors, with a focus on Data Centre design. You'll work as part of large, multi-disciplinary teams to deliver innovative and sustainable 'Total Architecture' on an international scale.

Your Role
  • Act as project lead architect in managing the service and having a direct interface with the clients' team.
  • Liaise with clients to assist in setting design ambitions and with project stakeholders to develop the design and coordination of architectural requirements.
  • Manage and coordinate the architectural project team.
  • Work in a project team in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment.
  • Contribute to the successful delivery of projects under the supervision of project leaders.
  • Collaborate with other disciplines to produce fully coordinated project information, including BIM models, drawings, schedules, and specifications.

We're seeking a talented designer who is ambitious and curious, with excellent personal, written, and graphic communication skills. You'll need to coordinate and lead multidisciplinary projects in all design phases.
