About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect to join our team in Milan, Italy. As a Senior Architect, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our clients' projects, working closely with our team of experts to deliver innovative and sustainable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of complex projects, working closely with clients and project stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
- Manage and coordinate the architectural project team, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of projects.
- Collaborate with other disciplines to produce fully coordinated project information, including BIM models, drawings, schedules, and specifications.
- Contribute to the development of project proposals, tender documents, and contract negotiations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Laurea in Architettura or Master in architecture or equivalent.
- Demonstrates design flair with both creative and analytical skills, 3D thinking, and ability to draw by hand alongside knowledge of relevant design and visualization software applications.
- Highly motivated, proactive, with a passion for learning new skills in a fast-paced multi-disciplinary environment.
- Good knowledge of Revit and BIM environment.
- Demonstrable interest in sustainability and climate change resilience.
- Knowledge and experience in building permit procedures in Italy.
