About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Inside Sales professional to join our team at Toll Global Forwarding Italia Spa. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for coordinating between customers, outdoor sales, agents, and operations in the sales area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all incoming quotations for clients, potentials, and network parties, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Process incoming RFQs, create tenders, and necessary documentation, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Regularly update existing customer quotes and provide general inside sales support with documentation, templates, and quotes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing accurate and timely information to support business growth.
Requirements
  • At least 1-2 years of proven sales experience within a similar organization.
  • Knowledge of freight forwarding requirements, market, and regulations.
  • Strong selling and presentation skills, with experience working in a diverse cultural environment.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and CargoWise (an asset).
