About the Role

At Jennifer Lynnes Midwest Bus Parts Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled Parts Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of parts and materials throughout our supply chain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect, analyze, and record customer requests to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment.
  • Prepare and revise technical-commercial offers, interacting with internal departments and customers to ensure seamless communication.
  • Enter orders into our ERP system and monitor project progress to ensure timely completion.
  • Finalize supply contracts, including confirmation, drafting, and purchase order checks.
  • Manage project procurement activities, including expediting, shipments, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Prepare reports for internal use, including commercial analysis, project controlling, and finance reporting.
  • Handle customer claims and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in after-sales, preferably in an engineering company.
  • 2+ years of experience as a team coordinator, supervising technical and commercial documents.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Determination to achieve challenging targets and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to organize and prioritize tasks.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP software.
  • Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken.
