The Regional Key Account Retail Sales Lead is a pivotal role within the Red Bull Gruppe, focusing on driving sales growth and maximizing revenue from General Distribution Organization (GDO) accounts in the Sicily region.
About the RoleThis position involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving revenue targets.
ResponsibilitiesMain Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and market share expansion.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to inform sales strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and logistics, to ensure seamless execution of sales plans.
- Provide regular sales performance updates and insights to senior management.
Key Requirements:
- 4-5 years' experience in sales and account management, preferably in the FMCG industry and GDO.
- Familiarity with FMCG market dynamics and distribution channels.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Analytical mindset and ability to interpret sales data.
- Fluent in English.
