Job Description
As a Field Sales Executive at Deutsche Post Und Dhl, you will be responsible for developing and administering field sales plans and processes to achieve revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer field sales plans and processes, including sales forecasting and budgeting.
- Deliver sales objectives and revenue growth for a defined geographic region or product line.
- Secure new business and build on existing core business through repeat orders and customer relationships.
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve problems, and promote products/services.
- Identify and contact prospective customers, build relationships, and generate future sales.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- At least 3-4 years of previous experience in freight forwarding.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience/qualification.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Customer orientation, problem-solving, and time management.
- Proactivity, energy, and resiliency.
