Job Description
In this exciting role, you will develop and administer field sales plans and processes to drive revenue growth, enhance customer retention and acquisition, and increase lead conversion within a specified geographic region.

Your Key Responsibilities will include administering field sales plans and processes, providing input for sales forecasting and budgeting, executing sales strategies that align with company goals, and delivering sales objectives and revenue growth for the defined geographic area through effective management of sales teams and implementation of tactical initiatives.

You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements, launch new products or services, and drive business growth. Strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, must be fostered to drive business results and ensure alignment with company objectives.
