About the Role

This position is responsible for providing exceptional client service support to Financial Advisors, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services to clients. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing personalized client service, educating clients on Bank of America's offerings, and ensuring timely follow-up on client requests.
  • Assisting with operational excellence, risk management, and ensuring practices align with Bank of America's policies and procedures.
  • Identifying and deepening client relationships, promoting Bank of America's services, and communicating outputs to Financial Advisors.
  • Supporting day-to-day team activities, including covering roles in times of absence or seasonal need increases, with a client-first mindset.

Requirements

High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent required. 1st shift (United States of America) with 19.5 hours per week.
