About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Human Resources Director to lead our team in Rome, Italy. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for cultivating a positive workplace culture and nurturing the professional development of staff.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR principles and best practices, with a proven track record in talent management, employee relations, and HR strategy. You will be responsible for leading recruitment efforts, developing and implementing innovative strategies to source and select candidates, and conducting interviews to ensure a cohesive team.
You will also be responsible for implementing programs to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction, identifying training needs, and coordinating development and benefit programs. Additionally, you will facilitate training sessions to enhance skills and ensure a high level of service, develop and update HR policies to align with legal requirements and industry standards, and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Lead recruitment efforts to attract top-tier talent.
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to source and select candidates.
- Conduct interviews and collaborate with department heads to ensure a cohesive team.
- Implement programs to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Identify training needs and coordinate development and benefit programs.

- Conduct regular audits to maintain HR data accuracy.

- Collaborate on wellness initiatives to promote a healthy and balanced lifestyle.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Previous experience in a luxury or high-end hotel is a MUST.
- Proven experience in human resources management, with a strong understanding of HR principles and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in Italian and English.
