Position Overview

We are thrilled to present an opportunity for a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist focusing on our operations in Italy. This role is pivotal in shaping the workforce of our Milan office and will report directly to the Head of People & Performance Italy, while also collaborating with the Head of Talent Acquisition for Europe and Pacific Developed Markets (EPDM).

Your primary objective will be to cultivate and uphold the culture of The Kraft Heinz Company by attracting, selecting, and onboarding the ideal candidates for our commercial division in Milan. This encompasses the entire recruitment process, from identifying talent to successful onboarding. You will also be responsible for developing and executing a robust employer branding and talent pipeline strategy. As a key point of contact for the business, you will engage regularly with senior team members to align on talent planning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment:

  • Take full ownership of the recruitment process for Italy, beginning with discussions with hiring managers to determine needs, through to sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
  • Champion an inclusive hiring process and advance our diversity initiatives from an external talent attraction perspective.
  • Collaborate with the EPDM Talent Acquisition team to support the recruitment for our Trainee Program.
  • Manage the recruitment for internships as part of our Young Talent Program.

Employer Branding:

  • Lead the employer branding efforts for the Italy region, starting with the development of a localized employer branding strategy and innovative methods to boost engagement with Kraft Heinz.
  • Oversee University Relations in Italy, which includes participation in career fairs, conducting company presentations, and organizing in-house events.

Training:

  • Provide training for new managers on the inclusive hiring process and effective interviewing techniques.

Qualifications:

Required Skills & Experience:

  • A valid EU Working Permit is essential (Orientation Year Visa not applicable).
  • A Bachelor’s degree or higher is required.
  • 2-3 years of proven experience in recruitment within a fast-paced, dynamic environment, ideally in an agency setting.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with both internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating the ability to listen, understand needs, and develop actionable plans.
  • Previous experience in Employer Branding and University Relations is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in English and Italian is mandatory.
