Job Title: Engineering & Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Engineering & Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Angelini Pharma. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading projects related to production equipment, packaging machinery, and analytical instrumentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead projects from feasibility study to execution phase, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Manage the change control process, utilizing digital tools to maintain compliance with Global and Local standard operating procedures.
  • Conduct assessments on impacted aspects of projects, collaborating with internal teams (Quality Assurance, EHS, etc.) to ensure seamless execution.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for systems in scope, including technical specifications and user requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Procurement Department to source and procure necessary systems and services.
  • Supervise job sites during execution, ensuring contractors are technically and safely competent.
  • Contribute to the definition of CAPEX and maintenance annual budgets.
Requirements:
  • Master's Degree in Mechanical, Electronic, Electrical, or Management Engineering.
  • Proven knowledge of design and lifecycle management of technical systems and production machinery.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a willingness to be a point of reference in complex organizations.
  • Good knowledge of English (written and spoken), B2 level.
  • Availability to travel, both in Italy and abroad for short periods.
