We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Legal Trainee to join our Italian Legal Department. As a Legal Trainee, you will have the opportunity to work with a team of experienced lawyers and gain hands-on experience in corporate governance, compliance, and litigation.
Responsibilities- Support the management of corporate governance matters, including preparation of notices of meetings, minutes, and supporting documentation.
- Assist with the handling of claims, enforcement procedures, and requests for information from authorities.
- Conduct legal research and provide advice on corporate law issues.
- Support the legal team on simple legal documents and collaborate in reviewing and updating internal policies.
- Conduct research on legislation and case law.
- Law degree achieved with the highest honors.
- Dissertation on Banking, Fintech, or IT matters is considered an asset.
- Fluency in English, certification is considered a plus.
- Previous internship experience in a bank, financial institution, or IT company is considered a plus.
- Proficiency in using office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
