We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Legal Trainee to join our Italian Legal Department for a 6-month paid internship. As a Legal Trainee, you will support the management of corporate governance, claims, and enforcement procedures, as well as provide research and drafting services on corporate law issues.
Responsibilities- Support the handling of claims, enforcement procedures, and requests for information from authorities.
- Provide support to the management of ordinary corporate governance, including preparation of notices of meetings, minutes, and supporting documentation.
- Assist with respect to extraordinary transactions, such as contributions of business units, company acquisitions, mergers, and demergers.
- Conduct legal research to provide advice and drafting of opinions on corporate law issues.
- Support other internal functions with respect to corporate law issues.
- Law degree achieved with the highest honors.
- Dissertation on Banking, Fintech, or IT matters is considered an asset.
- Fluency in English, certification is considered a plus.
- Previous internship experience in a Bank, Financial Institution, or IT company is considered a plus.
- Proficiency in using office software (Word, Excel, PPT, etc.).
