About the Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our Transaction Banking & Payments team in Milan. As a junior professional, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, collaborate with experienced colleagues, and develop your skills in a dynamic and stimulating environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect business requirements
  • Direct analysis of requirements
  • Support planning and management of recurring SALs with impacted structures
  • Produce documents primarily in Excel for data analysis and in PowerPoint for presentation of analyses
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Economics, Industrial Engineering, or Banking Sciences
  • Excellent knowledge of English and preferably one of the European languages: French, Spanish, German
  • Passion for technological innovation in the mobile and digital payments sector
  • Propensity to listen and learn
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, team spirit, proactivity, and
  • Good organizational skills and orientation to results and customers
  • Solid knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in participating in academic projects defining the strategy of new payment services and implementing innovative solutions for financial/banking institutions
  • Theoretical knowledge of B2C and C2C payment solutions
  • Interest in the underlying IT/Operations processes of the aforementioned areas to govern and understand the complexities of project implementation
