About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Project Engineering Specialist to join our Engineering Department located in Alba. In this position, you will be responsible for managing projects related to semi-finished products machines and technologies.

Main Responsibilities

  • Execute specification design activities, defining the required technical features.
  • Support the start-up of new machines and oversee the technology diffusion among plants, ensuring it meets the defined times, costs, and quality standards.
  • Be responsible for the execution of industrial investment projects and act as a technical point of reference during all project execution, including safety-related matters.
  • Supervise the post-implementation technical support activities of the machinery and act as a contact point for the sourcing department.
  • Ensure proper technical documentation for machinery and its continuous update.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of work experience in the industrial sector
  • Good attitude for working in a team and coordinating different internal stakeholders
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Fluency in English and a basic knowledge of Italian
  • Availability for frequent business travel and international mobility
