Senior IT Project Manager Consumer Platform

About the Role: We are looking for a Senior IT Project Manager to join our IT Consumer Platform team at Ferrero. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading projects related to the Consumer IT Platform, coordinating project streams, and ensuring the correct implementation of project plans and phases. You will also be involved in providing updates to the Project Steering Committee and relevant stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities: In this role, you will develop project plans according to project scope, objectives, and approach, defining activities, timing, and responsibility for different streams. You will also coordinate project streams, guaranteeing the correct implementation of project plans and phases, and involve matter experts as necessary. Additionally, you will monitor the state of work in terms of deliverables and timings, check project objectives feasibility, and recommend proper actions to be taken to tackle project issues.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need a university degree in Management Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Economics, or a similar field, and 8+ years of experience. Ideally, you will have at least 6 years of experience in a similar role/function of a multinational company. You will also need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong project management skills, knowledge of Agile Methodology, and the ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects.
