Job Description

We are looking for a Senior IT Project Manager to join our IT Consumer Platform team in Alba, Italy. As a key member of our team, you will lead projects related to the Consumer IT Platform, coordinating project streams, and ensuring the correct implementation of project plans and phases. You will also provide updates to the Project Steering Committee and stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop project plans according to project scope, objectives, and approach
  • Coordinate project streams, guaranteeing the correct implementation of project plans and phases
  • Monitor the state of work in terms of deliverables and timings
  • Check project objectives feasibility and recommend proper actions to be taken
  • Provide monthly consolidation of information vs budget/plans

Requirements:

  • University degree in Management Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Economics, or similar
  • 8+ years of experience, ideally 6 years in a similar role/function in a multinational company
  • Excellent communication and strategic skills
  • Strong project management skills, knowledge of Agile Methodology, and ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects
  • Demonstrated skills on Risk Management and mitigation actions
  • Fluency in English and Italian, proficient in MS Office and Collaboration, and strong knowledge as a user in SAP-based solutions
  • PMP or equivalent certification will be a strong asset
