Job Description

GRS Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Graduate IT Support professional to join our team. As a Graduate IT Support specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support services to our clients, ensuring their IT systems are running smoothly and efficiently.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide Level 2 and Level 3 technical support to clients via remote and on-site assistance.
  • Plan, install, configure, and support Windows operating systems and authorized vendor hardware/software.
  • Design, implement, and support Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, and Microsoft Cloud Services (Office 365).
  • Perform day-to-day operations, maintenance, monitoring, and upgrades of infrastructure solutions.
  • Respond to technical inquiries from clients, staff, service providers, and vendors.
Candidate Profile:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
  • At least 6 months of experience in information technology, with a focus on Windows platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with Windows platforms.
  • Experience managing a Windows domain, particularly with Active Directory and Group Policy, is an advantage.
  • Planning, installing, configuring, and supporting Microsoft Cloud Services (Office 365) is also an advantage.
