Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Director, Payment Solutions Expansion to join our Operational Insights Program Global Product Management team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of influencing cross-functional teams, driving successful and measurable product results, and leveraging data analytics to inform product decisions.
About the RoleThis is a senior-level position that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and a deep understanding of card payments network ecosystem.
You will work closely with key stakeholders to identify and develop new market segments, drive expansion, and increase market share.
Your responsibilities will include leading efforts to identify and implement partnerships to accelerate growth and expand our product offering, as well as using data analytics to track performance and identify growth opportunities.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with a focus on growth and expansion, market development, and revenue optimization in payments.
- A Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Experience in data analytics products and business intelligence solutions is a plus.
We offer a competitive salary of $150,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
