ROLE OVERVIEW AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The primary function of this internship is to assist in the deployment of the integrated EssilorLuxottica e-procurement and Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) framework.
Proficiency in functional analysis will be essential on both local and global scales, as this role will aid in the implementation and ongoing support of the new EssilorLuxottica e-procurement core model.
Additionally, this position will ensure the accuracy and completeness of data within the procurement tools.
AREAS OF FOCUS AND ASSOCIATED TASKS:
- Contribute to the digitization initiatives and projects aimed at enhancing overall efficiency within the procurement function at both global and regional levels.
- Maintain the Spending reporting tools, ensuring they are consistently updated while verifying the accuracy and completeness of the data.
- Manage Vendor Master Data classification and payment terms, ensuring timely updates in the systems.
- Assist in the implementation and ongoing support of SAP Ar.
