About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Graduate Shift Manager to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading and training a team of up to 100 employees, planning and controlling internal processes, and collaborating with on-site upstream and downstream departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and train a team of up to 100 employees to ensure high levels of productivity and quality.
  • Plan and control internal processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with on-site upstream and downstream departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Participate in overarching projects to optimize customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations and environmental protection.
A Day in the Life

As a Graduate Shift Manager, you will work in one of our shifts (early, late, or night) and be responsible for ensuring safety standards at your entire site. You will conduct team meetings, provide feedback to your employees and stakeholders, and use data analysis to influence productivity and quality.

Requirements
