We are looking to recruit a Senior Specialist in Industrialization to enhance our Industrialization team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute work in alignment with company protocols and adhere to the Occupational Health and Safety Management System and Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Evaluate technical feasibility, estimate production costs, and prepare analyses for capital investments and capacity for commercial products.
• Collaborate with the Business Support Team and Industrialization Manager to gather necessary information for commercial proposals.
• Partner with Pharmaceutical Development to scale-up and validate new products from laboratory to industrial scale, ensuring accountability for industrial scale registration batches.
• Contribute to the Life Cycle Management of existing commercial products, including routine manufacturing process validation and optimization efforts.
• Work alongside the Industrialization Team on the Manufacturing Process Validation Plan, drafting protocols and reports, and providing technical support during validation runs.
• Identify opportunities for quality enhancement and cost reduction.
• Offer technical assistance and project management for the integration of new sources of API, excipients, and packaging components.
• Support the Operational Excellence team as required.
• Maintain effective performance under deadlines.
• Participate in the development and implementation of methods, procedures, and regulations to ensure smooth business operations.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Complete assigned tasks safely and maintain a constant state of alertness.
• Uphold company policies, including the Ethics and Conduct Code.
• Collaborate effectively with managers, supervisors, colleagues, customers, and the public.

Qualifications:

• BS/BA degree in Health Science (e.g., Pharmaceutical Technology, Chemistry, Biology) from an accredited university or college; plus 5 years of relevant experience.
• Fluency in Italian and English.
• In-depth knowledge of technology transfer projects, particularly for oral solid dosage forms.
• Extensive understanding of pharmaceutical technologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel.
• Able to coordinate and collaborate within a cross-functional team.
• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Willingness to accommodate up to 15% travel.
