About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Product Owner to join our team at E80 Group S.p.a., a multinational company specializing in the development of automated and integrated intra-logistics solutions for the food, beverage, and tissue industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand customer needs and translate them into requirements and specifications for our technical teams.
  • Define priorities for functionalities and features, manage the project/product backlog, and ensure coherent evolution within the product ecosystem.
  • Support software development, QA, and UX teams, fostering a collaborative environment and providing clarifications as needed.
  • Own product delivery collateral, ensuring timely updates to communication channels, and design user training courses and product documentation.
Required Qualifications
  • Master's degree in software engineering, computer science, or management engineering, or equivalent.
  • 6+ years of experience in a similar product-related role, with a focus on building software products in the enterprise/B2B/industrial context.
  • Proven experience in building and shipping technical products, with expertise in data-driven solutions, management systems, and control systems.
  • Strong understanding of IIOT and WMS/WES/WCS-related markets, needs, and technologies.
  • Strong understanding of cloud technologies, services, and APIs.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Working experience with agile methodologies.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written).
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to handle customer issues.
