Job Summary

Aptar's EMEA Talent Management organization seeks a talented intern to support the implementation of talent management services, focusing on employee career development and business needs. The role will be based in Italy and involve supporting succession planning, performance appraisals, and talent assessments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support yearly succession planning and people review processes in the region.
  • Assist with annual performance appraisals and provide training and development needs analysis.
  • Offer consultative services using development tools to address business requests.
  • Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of people development activities.
  • Support Talent Pool processes governance.
  • Align and coordinate with other key Talent pillars to ensure full-service effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or equivalent.
  • Basics of Talent and Career Development tools.
  • English high proficiency, a second language a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Result-oriented, open-minded, agile, and creative problem solver.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and passion for challenges.
  • Ability to travel up to 30%.
