Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Transformation Success Strategist to join our Customer Success Team at ServiceNow. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving transformation and setting up companies for a successful future.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver consultancy and services to F500 companies up to the CxO level
- Build relationships across customers and partners and act as a trusted advisor
- Develop and implement transformation programs, leveraging ServiceNow best-practice material
- Orchestrate internal collaboration of the ServiceNow account team
- Drive digital transformation design, implementation, and management
Requirements:
- 10+ years of progressive experience in a professional services organization
- Experience in advisory roles focused on technology-enabled transformations
- Depth in digital transformation design, implementation, and management
- Expertise in one industry, with minors in one or two additional industries
- Experience in establishing and maintaining executive relationships with CxO and business line leaders
- Identified business outcomes and goals, and achieved them
- Experience in serving as part of a client account leadership team
- Developed account partnering relationships with large consultancies and technology implementation firms
