Your key responsibilities will include:
* Developing and championing new service strategies that ensure profitable growth
* Owning all product management functions, including product mix assessment, pricing management, market share evaluation, competitive analysis, and sales enablement tool development and training
* Collaborating with Business Development to ensure new product development activities remain on time and on budget
* Evaluating, advocating for, and setting key product priorities in line with the business strategy and objectives
* Developing pricing strategies and competitive positioning based on various regional differentiators
* Implementing market research strategies based on customer and market requirements
* Recommending new products for development based on customer/market needs and business goals
* Implementing the tools and processes needed to define the go-to-market strategy and vision for new services
* Driving continuous improvement in Product Management by examining internal processes and identifying and executing on opportunities to streamline and create synergies throughout the COU
In addition, you will work closely with Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing, Professional Services, and Customer Service groups to develop world-class sales tools, templates, product collateral, white papers, customer case studies, and sales presentations.
