As a key member of the Management Accounting - Finance Business Advice team at ING Italy, you will be responsible for:
Covering the Wholesale Banking domain, focusing on income and volumes/drivers reporting, control, and planning
Evaluating and monitoring business cases
Analyzing product profitability, margins, returns, and KPIs
Exposure to non-financial KPIs and local board
Requirements:
University degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Economics
5-7 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in banking with international experience
Advanced usage of MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Advanced knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage
Preferred Candidate:
Capable of thinking big picture and communicating effectively to all levels of the organization
Well-organized, flexible, and proactive with good interpersonal/team working skills
Eager to learn and fluent in English
